I liked everything, it was brand-new. Stuff were respectful, you should know it. The location was pleasant, relatively near William Wallace Statue. The beach nearby was ideal and the view was brilliant.
-
Exceptional stay, as always. Fab location and immaculately clean place, I loved polite staff. A continental breakfast that I ordered was hot. Easy check in and FIRST-CLASS service throughout my stay. There was a cosy restaurant, the shops and the markets next door.
-
The staff were superfriendly and location was super. Comfy bed, climate control and hairdryer, upstairs room. A kind of perfect service. Hotel was near supermarket and the shops. Besides, the area was shopping, next to the tolbooth museum.
-
The total experience was great. Bed is comfortable. Aberdeen City Centre district is worth seeing. Besides, WiFi in the rooms was a bonus.
-

Liked the location and views, they were good. A double bed was a bonus. Fabulous base for exploring Aberdeen.

It was a 3-star hotel in every way. We loved staying at Aberdeen House. In addition, we paid GBP 1 per 24 hours for internet. The property's location was perfect! We were 200 metres away from Sizzle, that offered quick meals.

The Soprano St Magnus Court Hotel is ideally located to all transport links and very close to the central shopping areas of Aberdeen. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the lady who cleaned our room did an excellent job! Our room, only a standard double, was very comfortable. Our evening meal in the Bistro was really lovely and they have a good wine list, breakfasts were very good too.
The Hotel reception is placed on the first floor and is a bit on the small side, this and the bus stop just outside make the entrance feel a little unwelcoming. While our room was very clean and well equipped, the TV signal was poor, mainly due to a loose cable! The room had been recently re-decorated but unfortunately they seemed to have missed painting the skirting and door frames!!

Really enjoyed the location and convenience to the train station and Union Street in Aberdeen.
Our receptionist, Roneta, who also served in the restaurant, was very pleasant. She was able to extend our check out time, which was very much apprecaiated, when the orignial desk clerk was not flexible at all. Overall, a very good experience and would stay there again.

The service in this hotel was very good and the breakfast was excellent.
-
The room was comfortable, the hotel decor was interesting and bright. Very convenient for the railway station, buses and Union Street. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a good start to the day.
-
I found the staff very friendly and helpful, however I found the room to be dirty, the shower had mould between most of the tiles and the water was freezing meaning I could not have a bath or shower until after 1800 hrs when the water heating appeared to be switched on.
-
